My stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The location was isolated and confusing, with no clear directions for checking in. The smell in the room was overwhelming, mixing cigarette smoke and other odors, making it hard to relax or sleep. On the positive side, the spacious refrigerator was a nice feature, and the check-in staff were at least polite. Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness and comfort left much to be desired, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

My stay was frustrating overall. The check-in process was confusing and the location felt isolated, situated in an industrial area. I struggled with cigarette smoke throughout my room, despite being in a supposed non-smoking building. The mattress quality was disappointing, and cleanliness was lacking in various aspects, although the staff were polite and professional.

My stay at Riverside Suites was far from ideal. While the check-in experience was relatively smooth, the room itself was disappointing due to persistent odors and cleanliness issues. The location near fast food and gas stations is a plus, but the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired, making it hard for me to recommend staying here again.

My stay started off confusing with my reservation leading to a different property than expected, but the staff was professional and polite. However, the odor issues throughout the motel really impacted my stay, coupled with uncomfortable beds that needed urgent replacement. The location had some decent amenities nearby, but that wasn't enough to outweigh the negatives I experienced.
